How do I control my sexual urge?

I am trying to control my sexual urge.
But sexy thoughts come to me again and again.
I get attracted to females.
Old memories of sex arouse me and it troubles me and makes me urge to mastrubate.
How do I over come it?

You can't.

Why control it? There's nothing wrong with sexual urges. Why deny them? It's all part of living. Just go to the privacy of your own home and masturbate.

I am trying to control my urge so that I am pure to the woman in my life - who loves me a lot. I want to have only her and no one else. So I don't mastrubate. If its pleasrue - its only with her.

It's not like you are cheating. You will have her and no one else. I suspect if you don't deal with the urges one way or another you will probably have wet dreams. It seems kind of strange that you would want to control a normal healthy urge in this manner. It's a bodily function... you wouldn't try to control urinating would you? I'm also sure that you enjoy other pleasures without her.

However, if this is what you have decided between the both of you, then I'd suggest lots of physical activity, stop reading, stop watching TV, don't ride in packed elevators or buses and plenty of cold showers. :o

As long as your urges are not hurting anybody, why not just masterbate?

If your urges are something that you think will get you into trouble or hurt others then you need to sign yourself in to the pshychiatric ward.

I too control it - but its so diif - it makes me irritable on small things. But she's cool.

There have been several studies that I have read about that tested how often men have a sexual thought. I don't remember the exact results of those tests, but it is many times an hour!!

Men are genetically programmed to have sex on their minds... they have to spread their seed to ensure the survival of the human species. (not any more, overpopulation is causing insurmountable problems for all of us)

I remember when I was in high school, a rumor went around that one of the cute popular guys masturbated 40 times in one day! Seems like that must have been an exaggeration, but...

I know of a boy who used to have too much sexual urge and he had to masturbate regularly & with 3 or more continuous masturbations. Some times his penis got injured. He also had problem of anxiety since his childhood. He lacked patience. At the age of 27 somehow he had so much depression for months that he had to go to a psychiatrist. The doctor prescribed him RESPERDAL (antipsychotic) and kamadrin. Because of Resperdal he got temporary erectile
Dysfunction. So instead of masturbating daily he used to masturbate once a month. After discontinuing medication his masturbation addiction got better. Now his masturbation rate is almost normal and he can do his day to day activities smoothly. I am not a doctor who recommend you to take Resperdal (antipsychotic medicine). But the saying is true that the most sexual part of our body isn't between our legs, rather between our ears. So I recommend that you go to a good pschytrist and tell him this problem. I hope you'll get better.

Focusing on your job helps... and if you don't have one and are out of school then its high time you get one.

Key here is moving your focus to something productive rather than working on developing callouses.

Semen, like urine must be released. That is a huge part of your urge. Women just feel empty. She seems strong. You feel weak? That's because what the two of you are doing is as unnatural as not eating. Masturbation is part of life. To not do it is sure to cause you to feel uncomfortable.

Purity. What is that? What do you mean by keeping yourselves pure? Is this a religious issue? If so, talk to a celibate priest. He has experience with what you're trying to do.

Well get this mate, women are master's of disguise. My view is that she too has it but the difference is men are more vulnerable. Wait till you find your soulmate or choose your GF as the one for you, get into a relationship when you are ready and then have all the fun. No pain no gain
