from a guys standpoint, id agree... that its more certain to happen consistently if the girl receives oral first to climax... or at least oral first to get her closer and then intercourse, with her likely on top, to finish the deal.

You shouldn't fake your orgasm, because that just makes your partner think he is doing the right thing to make you orgasm. I'd confront him about it and tell him about you faking it. Try telling him what feels good, and what could give you your first orgasm. Is he always on top ? or are you? and how much arousal time do you have before the actual intercourse?

You may want to try to see if you can make yourself have an orgasm. Try masturbating by yourself, if you don't know how just look for different ways online. I know that it is hard for some girls to achieve an orgasm, but with a little hard work it could happen. Normally I achieve orgasms by stimulating my slowly and and then get more intense. A really great way is while you are taking a shower get the shower head and make sure the water is coming out super fast and hard. Slowly lower it to your clitoris and you should definetly start feeling an orgasm.
