If god didn't want us to have pleasure or to give pleasure he wouldn't have made sex and everything related with it so pleasurable. Masturbating is a normal way to discover your own body and what gives you pleasure, it is not disgusting, nasty or nauseating. If you read my previous post you'll realize that I don't like giving oral, not because I think it's wrong, but because of other issues I have. I'm envious of the people who can enjoy it.
I would be much more worried about the people that are beating their children, abusing their spouses, murdering, robbing etc. Those things are disgusting.
