Didn't enjoying losing my virginity

I'm a guy, and yesterday I lost my virginity. While my girlfriend and I were having sex the entire time it seemed more work than it was pleasurable. The only times it felt good was when I was sticking my penis in her or when she was giving me a handjob. I doubt it was because she was too loose, because she hasn't had sex in over two years and it still hurt her when I put my penis in. So I'm wondering is there something I'm doing wrong or is it normal for that to happen sometimes?

Do you masterbate a lot ? if you do, that is the issue, you get so used to your hand and holding it "tight" so you find it hard to enjoy intercourse when it happens. Also position can make a difference. And if it hurt her and she was not a virgin was she even ready for you to enter, how much fore play was there.

Yes, I usually masterbate once or twice a week. That might be the issue. Also we were on her couch and I was standing and putting most of my weight on my right leg half the time. There wasn't much foreplay. I fingered her for about five minutes, but she was wet enough to the point where it was easy to put in.

Excon is right. You cant expect to run track 100% perfect the first day you are out on the field.
Give your self time, dont be down on your self, and practice.

There is a lot more to foreplay than five minutes of fingering. Being 'wet' isn't the only factor in being ready for penetration.

It sounds like you were expecting sex to be very different than it was. Next time, take time for both of you to be mentally aroused as well as physically. Don't rush. Enjoying the build up can also make penetration more enjoyable for both of you.
