Hiya, I just got into a new relationship, (my first), and my girlfriend and I have been doing some mutual masturbation. She won't let me go under her panties yet, so i just rub on her underwear. No one but her can say if she actually climaxed. There are often small "hills" before the mountain. And getting wet is very normal. Even if she doesn't climax she will get very wet as she gets more excited. I would say.........keep experiementing.........see if she will let you go longer or try other things including her masturbating to learn more about her body. If she gets more sensitive.............be easier/lighter with your touch. If she will allow you..........oral will probably be very effective as it's not as firm. Time/experience will tell. I really doubt if she climaxed-you need to get her panties off! not much real sex takes place with panties on!
