I think a good place to start is to make yourself aware throughout the day that you are a sexual being.
I don't know if you are a man or a woman.....big problem!!....so let me address only one point directed toward women.
Start a day happily by tuning out all the excess noise any family members are making.....take a shower and pay extra attention to your vaginal area and nipples....get yourself a little aroused. Go outside and breathe in the fragrant air and look at nature......can you feel that you can be aroused sexually by peace and beauty????
