hello.

have you ever heard of the stop start method.

the basic principles are...you begin sex,you stop,cuddle or talk,then begin again,slowly..

continue like this untill you are happy with the lenght of time you are taking.

Try making love, and not just sex. Take your time.

Making Her calm?? She is excited, and you really want her to be excited, so she is having fun. Do try the start and stop method. Sounds pretty normal.

I think he meant the c- word for orgasm.

Here's a thought, Max. Try playing until she reaches a climax. A second one during coitus is easier to achieve than a first, I've been told.

Get a copy of "The Sensuous Man". It will teach you new things.

Your penis is not the only "tool" you can use to satisfy your lady.

Are you using condoms? I hope so. They make condoms here that have a de-sensitizing cream INSIDE of them as to prolong sex.

Also, the second time around lasts longer than the first.

Part of this is excitement of a new partner.

As you stay with her longer the excitement wears off and you natually will be able to perform longer. No two women are the same so use the time to get to know what she likes and dislikes. If you spend less time thinking about how it feels for you, and more time paying attention to her, and how she responds, you will find it easier to last longer. AND have the benifit of making it better for her by learning how to understand and respond to her personal needs. And those as I have said...will be different with every woman. Simular maybe...but never exactly the same.
