On another thread you want to stop...now you are asking for suggestions as to how you can get some. 1st you need to make up your mind. Your mind about how you feel about having sexual urges. Not what your parents think is right or wrong but how you feel.
If you want to watch porn get a portable dvd player and some head phones lock your door to your room and watch away. If you wish to masteurbate do that as well . I don't see why they have to know or why you should feel ashamed about it.
But if you feel like it is bnot something you wish to do, then take up jogging, exercise,cold showers and other activities that take your mind off of sex.
