You are in a relationship of some sort. You are having sex with him. You should be able to talk to him.

Ask him. Tell him how you feel. Maybe he has a physical problem. Maybe he's selfish. He's the only one who knows.

Just a thought, he may have a fear of intercourse. Maybe he's afraid of getting you pregnant. Or maybe he's ashamed of his performance. But, the fact that he only wants oral could mean that he's afraid of getting you pregnant or just of intercourse. Maybe he had a bad experience, maybe someone told him it was awful, killed his ego. And it probably only lasts 2 minutes because he often opts for oral instead and the different texture and the large time frame between intercourse can affect the length of the intercourse.

He may have hormone issues. It could be low testosterone low thyroid there are several good HRT groups that can order blood work and help if help is needed. I went through the same issue. I had lost my desire my passion. I would get it up and then get off and I was done. I could get an erection to save my life all passion was flipped OFF. I started reasearching it and found out it is very common with young and more so in older adults. I researched a lot and finally started with a local Dr. who was vey willing to help but had no knowledge in HRT. I ended up with Maximus hrt they hadve one of the most complete blood test Ive have ever seen or taken they are nation wide. I found out my body was converting too much of my testosterone to estrogen. Yes men have estrogen to. Too much and we loose it ~~. My testosterone level was also low got help with it all. Now I am able to have 3 to 4 erections back to back orgasams and I feel so much better 24/7. good luck!
