    Blackout during sex
I was wondering if it's normal to blackout during sex. It only happens when I'm stand up or when I'm in the shower. My vision goes grey and everything starts spinning my hearing starts to go and everything sounds muffeled and my legs go weak. The last time it happened my girlfriend said I was shaking and I don't remember any of it. If I set down I recover from it but if I don't I blackout. Im fine laying down just when I stand it gets to me?

Sounds like you are experiencing a very strong orgasm. The french call it petit mal (or little death) because that is the way it appears.

I think you may want to see a physician. You want to be sure you don't have any cardiac issues you aren't aware of. Standing up your system would be under the greatest stress. That's not a normal thing. And yeah... young guys have heart attacks too sometimes and can have coronary problems of any variety of types. Better to be safe than sorry.

    Choux
One of my ladyfriend's twin sister passed out completely while orgasming. WOW! She was totally wiped away!

During arousal and sex, lots of blood rushes to your genitals... seems like the blood leaving your skull is causing you to faint. You sound like a great guy. :)

If you are blacking out while having sex, when you get up, or when you're in the shower... I'd get your doc to check 1) iron levels and 2) blood sugar levels. Good chance you're either anemic or diabetic. What you're experiencing are similar to vertigo, the wooziness some people feel when they get up really fast after sitting for long periods, but you are in the extreme case.

Orgasming will also affect the anemic/diabetic.

I, myself, have also experienced this...

Would you highly recommend going to the doctors?

I'm not saying it's a fatal issue, but you could be taking supplements or eating better to avoid such fainting spells. I suggest getting blood work done to see your iron levels and sugar levels to see if there's anything that's a bit abnormal.
