I want to leave contact details for the daughter i have never seen

Hi i want to know if anyone can lead me in the right direction with this. Years ago my girlfriend gave birth to our daughter but we split up before the birth. I have never been allowed contact with her but i do wish to leave my contact details somewhere so if my daughter wishes to find me when she turns 18 she has the information on who i am and where i live. Can u help me by giving me web site or name of company that i can do this with??

Go to the courthouse in the county where she was born, and ask to leave there with her birth record. You may or may not be charged for this, but the first place most people go when searching for their roots is to get an original copy of their birth certificate.

If you know what adoption agency it was through, you can usually fill out a consent to contact form so that if she contacts them looking for you, they can give her your info. Which state was this in?
