I am just wondering.. although we really know not the outcome of anything until the actual court date.

My question is.. social services interviews both parents, they form an opinion.. if dad has contact and always had contact w/ his three eldest children.. and the mother of his youngest is trying to take away his parental rights.. does the judge and social services see that? why would he want to give up his youngest? will the courts see that it makes no sense.. do you think the judge will consider that he has provided for the others and keeps a good relationship with the others?? im just wondering.... the mother is trying to get him on the 1 year abandonment issue... although she blocked his attempts... what do you think?? i dont want to lose my niece... he doesnt want to lose his daughter.. does anyone have any idea about this.. we are in california...
