Help to find friend's mother

Im not sure if my last message went through my internet is a little wonky this morning. So here goes, I am trying to help a friend to find her biological mother's name she was born in Johannesburg South Africa in 1961 and was adopted by James arthur and Elizabeth Susanna Sillands. Can you help please?

Was your friend raised in the US?

International adoptions are extremely difficult to track back, especially a closed adoption from so far back.

Your friend's best bet is to register on reunion websites with as much information as she has. ISRR is well known for international reunions.

WOW ! Im a SILLAND - my dad is James Arthur Silland ( born 1963)
His Dad is Billy Silland -
