No, you will still have to show and support the claims, were they there with the children before convicted, do they write the children and so on.

With family court nothing is easy and nothing is always the same, can vary from judge to judge. You will just have to file and try.

In our case, my brothers ex married and is now trying to get her new husband to adopt my niece and they are trying to terminate his parental rights. He is encarcerated, he DID respond quickly to the courts and some are saying its an uphill battle. It is crushing to our family... Thank you so much to all that have responded.
