closed adoption

I am trying to find my twin who was adopted at birth. I have no information on who adopted her or what her adopted name is. What is the best way to find her?

if i was u, i'd find out from your parents where u were adopted from, i did this last yr an i got access to my adoption file, thing is they have a lot of data protection in them, but social services should have a post adoption team to help u find any information u are looking for... best thing is to get that file tho hun..
