My hubby wants two adopt my two boys. There 4 and 2 by ex the boys dad hasnt seen them properly in over a year now. He never rings them never asked how my youngest got on at hospital he thinks paying maintance is to see them. My 4 year says he doesnt want to see him as he says naughty words to him (swear words). When we first split i had to get the police to him due to threatening and abusive behavior. We are divorced and he did see the boys at weekends well his family did he was at work. They cos so much probs for me and my hubby we stopped as both the boys were coming back with really diarreo and wouldnt behaviour for me there prefect now. My hubby wants to adopt them would we av a decent case
