Birth mom

I was adopted when i was 3 years old, with the birth name of Cassandra Oligme. Now it is Catherine McKeown but im not sure if my last name is spelled right. How can i find my birth mom. her name is Michelle Oligme, but she was re married twice after me and my sister. Her name was Dominique. Her name now is Meeghan McKeown.We were adopted together. My fathers name was steve, and i would assume his last name is still oligme. please help me find them!
