biological parents

Hello My name is Virginia... Iwas given upat the age of 3 days! I was raised by my aunt and uncle who are now deceased.. I know my biological mother, but never knew my biological father.. My birth certificate has my biological mother's name but the name for the father was the man she was married to at the time. But he was not my biological father.. I know my biological father's name, but don't know where to start.. What suggestions if any do you have for me? Thank ! You!
