Adoption: Private 1963

Looking for my adopted daughter-1963 in the Phila. area. Born in Sept. around the 26th or 27th. This was a private adoption.

I know there are websites where biological parents and adopted children can sign up to look for each other. I don't know what sites they are. I know I heard it on daytime TV talk shows like Oprah years ago.
