I adopted a son about 4 years ago when I was married shortly after that me and my wife divorce and now I am stuck with paying child support for a none biological son. Is there anything in the law to prevent me from paying child suppor for a adopted son?. Also the son that we adopted was my wife's relative. The biological mother lost custody because she was a drug addict. However the biological Father is still living.
You agreed to adopt this child, that means you took on the responsiblity of father, and you should be acting like the father.
A father is alot more than the sperm donor. But no you are going to have to pay child support unless she remarries and the new partner wants to adopt the child.
You were the father for 4 years, you should be still part of that childs life, visiting, talking them for weekends and doing what a father is suppose to be doing.
I am not meaning to get down on you as I don't really know where you are coming from, but all children need both parents and you are this child's daddy, don't treat him like that, you will break his hart.

No way...adoptive parents are "real" parents and they have all rights and obligations...Why did you adopt this child?
