Who do i contact to get a policy with work comp insurance in North carolina?

You could try the yellow pages or better, call the agent that also writes your liability or other business insurance you might have. Or call your agent that writes you personal auto or home or renters insurance. If you are a member of an association for people engaged in similar work, call the assocation, see if you might have access to coerages that might be avail to assoc members.
