Actually I have not done this before as I dont handle Admin or Marketing job, so I am totally unaware of how to do it.....could you give me an example ..its urgent....

I have to send a proposal where i have to mention my company profile , client list to get recruitment contract from my client......so i have made the client list and company profile but i also need a covering letter for the same.........which i dont know how to go for .?????? |

| Okay, here's how you might start it.
You need you letterhead at the top of the page. Next, you need to have the date. That can be centered of left-justified.
Then you need the name an address to whom the letter is to be written. That is something that's usually left-justified.
Then, here's how you might begin the letter:
Dear [Person to whom it's to be addressed.]
Please accept this correspondence as an indication of our interest in... [You need to fill that in.]
That's all for now. Please give to me more information as to specifically what this is concerning?
