Assistance in writing a secretary for an award.

My questions is, I have a secretary I want to put in for an award, I would like some feedback on some good wording to put her in for this award, please help

Hope it's not too late. I was shocked to see this question, since I slogged away as a secy for many thankless years. Any words are good words, particularly about organizational ability, time management, freeing you for the major duties of YOUR job. And, of course, grammatical accuracy, phone skills, doing what needs to be done without being micromanaged.

Without being said, there is nothing left just you can add some spects to be meet then that's ok
