    When you have a title P's and Q's realty ; would that come before a name Peggys Florist?

    When you have a designation that is all letters, i.e.

    PQ Realty

    That comes before Peggy's Florist, i.e.

    Everything company starting with letters only are put in alpha order PQ Realty, PR Realty, PS realty, always go first and then Proper names after that.
