Will lortab show in a urine drug test?

I took 1 lortab on monday night at 8pm, which is the first one i have had in over a year..The drug test was wed at 10am. Will it be positive? I am honestly upset, because i just got hired for a job after wating for them to respond to my application after 5 months. This job is eaxactly what my children and myself need. And i made a terrible mistake on monday night when i tooki this lortab from one of my prescriptions(which is out of date). I was in somuch pain from my sciatic nerve after working for 13 hours and i took it so i could go to sleep and go to work on tues for 12 hrs. What am I going to do? Please help i have made myself sick....with worry

Usually employment drug testing is very basic and checks only for illegal drugs. A basic 5 panel. If so, it will not detect Lortab (acetaminophen and hydrocodone) because that requires a different test.

Also hydrocodone is fast acting and one dose is probably going to be below level of detection even if tested for.

thank u so much..i feel so stupid. i work all the time and i make bad mistakes when i am tired...and i definately am not a drug addict since there are 18 tablets out of 20 left and they are 6 months out of date. thank u thank and thank u
