Can someone go from a fentanyl Patch to Saboxone or Subutex?

yes, but the doctor will want you to be off the fentanyl for at least 24 hours then you will be monitored in a dr office the first dose you get of the suboxone because it can send you into withdraws if mixed with opiates.

I went from IV drug use every day to Suboxone, and it really did work for me. I was not just using recreationally, either. An MRI showed lower back problems. (Probably not bad enough for what I was doing, but problems nonetheless.) Suboxone is a great drug that works well for pain.
