hi i am confused...i failed a test but havent taken it in 6 days..on the test booklet it says out of your system in 1-3 days so its kind of hard that no one will belive me if i say that i didnt do it and its the truth!! Know what i mean? can anyone help me?? by the way the durg was oxycontin!

Where did you hear 6 days? If you use it often it can stay in your system for up to 2 weeks. If you have a prescription for oxy then there shouldn't be a problem explaining why it's in your system.

You say knowone believes you didn't do it, well you did do it, so they know the truth.

i know i did do it...i mean i got caught and told when the last time i did it....well since then i have not so my point being why would the drug test you buy say 1-3 days when that is not the truth?? so if i fail and honestly have not done it since before i got caught what can i do for them to belive me?? i know i did it and i am not proud but i am really nervous that no one will believe me...

yes, it can show up in your system for weeks, and longer depending on what type of test they are using. But for example I am taking codine right now for a condition I have, so if I have a drug test I notify them of my prescription, sometimes have to show them the bottle to prove it, and it does not matter.
