Need To Evict Parnter Alcoholic, BiPolar

I may not be in the right place, but maybe someone can help. I'm a 51 y.o. female with a 46 y.o. 8 month live in partner. My parnter hid it well, only after she moved in were massive lies uncovered: 5 Dui's, BiPolar under Dr. care, meds, chronic alcoholic, in rehad 2x and has made my life and home a living hell. She does not work, refuses to. Demands I drive her everywhere (she does not own a car), drinks constantly, verbally abusive and now physical. She is not on my property deed, does not pay rent, no lease. Yet when the cops were called the other night when she became abusive they told me here in CA. I need a legal Court eviction notice, emergency 3 day move out and she has to be served! I told them she has her belongings her, but is not affected my job, finances, and overall health. She threatened to kill me in my sleep. They said they could arrest her, but I'd have to get a restraining order..I just want her out. I've tried talking to her, explaining she was not happy, what have you..a thousand ways to no avail. I've even packed her things and gave her a week to find a place. Help me please.

You have to go to court and get an eviction notice after you give a written notice with your states required days. Then and only then when the date of the court order comes and goes and she is still there the sheriffs or constables WILL come and escort her away.

Or if she is causing black and blue marks you can have her arrested and get a protection from abuse order on her.

If she hits you and causes bruising, call the police and have her arrested for domestic violence. They will cart her away to jail.

should have had her arrested and when to get the restaining order, then she could not have moved back in the house from jail.

You will have to give her official notice in writing to move out, and then file in housing court to get out.

But I am sorry, "HID" it. how many hours did you date before you moved her in ?????

I had known this person for 4 months and we were exclusive. She was then and is even now a functional alcoholic. The abuse was sporatic at best and verbal back then. I was only when she moved in did I find she was on BiPolar meds, has a child in foster care that was taken from her due to neglect (and she is trying to get her back!), the drinking is horrific and she becomes violent. I am not happy and distressed all the time. There are days when she doesnt' drink she if wonderful, one drink leads to 10 and then hell breaks loose.
I think court is the best legal way. A 3 day emergency eviction and restraining order. I have health concerns as well and a surgery coming up in two weeks. I will not survive it. This I know. She has also threatened my dog. This is a living nightmare at best.
