EtG test coming up tomorrow morning. Should I be ok?

Hi all, asking for opinions on whether I'll pass my UA I take tomorrow. It is for EtG.

I had 8 beers over 4 hours ending at 10PM on saturday. I then had one beer at 6PM on sunday. Normal metabolism 170lb male. I have to test tomorrow morning (Wednesday) at 11AM. So I guess this puts me at 65hrs since the sunday beer and 85 hours past my binge. Thanks for any info, I'm pretty nervous about this.

The Sunday beer has no impact, it's the drinking on Saturday that is of concern. Your BAC was in the range of .11 requiring between 6-9 hours for BAC=0.

Average time for EtG elimination from that point is around 65 hours. Very few people test positive beyond 77 hours.

So you should be OK but with EtG testing it's always questionable when drinking more than 5 drinks.

Thanks Dr. Bill, I took the test this morning. I'll update with the results when they get in next week.

To anyone who is interested, I passed the test, although it was only looked at for the 500ng level.

I do thank you for your insight, Dr. Bill, and I do believe that that pattern of drinking is self destructive. The 14 glasses of wine were drank over a period of 12 hours, spaced out. I believe some of the alcohol would have metabolized along the way. 5 glasses were drank, then a rest of 4 hours. ...
