Shave your hair off completely.
Of course NOT smoke dope in the first place would be the very best approach.

Ps We will NOT offer any unlawful advice in how to avoid such a test.

OnceTHC metabolites have been incorporated into your hair, via circulation, there is no way, to the best of my knowledge, to cover that result.

If it is of any consolation, hair is a very poor matrix for THC testing. As a general rule, it shows up only in the hair of frequent > heavy users. THC metabolites are actually more likely to be found in urine than in hair.

@DrBill100, sorry for jumping into this conversation but I've found some of your answers very useful, this is my situation... I have a fillicle test coming up in 5 days. This is me: about 5'6", 158 lbs, and always active working out and I take zantrex energy pills A LOT!! I sweat a lot dues to the pill and work out regularly. About Sep 2nd 2012 I ate a pot jolly rancher and about 1/4 of a crispy rice bar, maybe a little more. I shave my head regularly so I have no scalp hair, I also trim my chest and armpits, mainly to stay clean and not hairy. But my arms 'and legs' hair have at least an inch of length... so these are the only places they could take any samples from, not even my pubic area would be available since I trim very short too... what do you think my chances are to passing the test? That was the first time I ever did that and the only one time since then...

Do I have a chance since body hair can give a window for up to a year of usage?

I'd really appreciate your help and quick response so then I know what steps to take...

Everyone else, please helpful and not stupid opinions!!

Since you have only used one time I'd say you should be just fine!

Recovering addict with 3 years clean until I relapsed on Nov. 3rd in a big way. My addiction has always been with pain pills but I tried Heroin on Nov 3rd because I'm an addict.

Here is the question: I did heroin on Nov 3rd. It was a half CC of I don't know. The guy who gave it to me told me it was a weak dose or what he would call half a hit. I also took three Loratab 10's on the 4th. I've been clean since then and have started hitting my NA meetings after 1 year of not going.

I have a possible hair follicle test coming on Nov. 28th in a child custody case. I know THC is not very detectable but I don't know if opiates/single use of heroin will show up on the test... I'm just an idiot.

I don't know... I've read bleaching your hair/re-dye will lower concentration levels but I just need some oppionion as to what you think my chances are... Being dumb like I am I guess I deserve what I get.
