addiction to pain

recently i have become addicted to burning my self with water but there are no marks im 11 so is it just a phase or do i have a problem

I think you may be developing a problem. Plain hot water that doesn't leave blisters is a very small first step. Find someone to talk to about it before you take another. Moms and Dads may be too close to help you unless you ask calmly, but there are other people you can talk to. Uncles, Aunts, Church leaders, even people at school can help, although the people at school have to jump through a lot of hoops if you tell them about this.
