What information does a shareholder in the noncontrolling interest have of the subsidiary’s performance? Anything other than the consolidated financial statements? I

No other than personal knowledge that's about all they are entitled to. They can go along to the annual general meeting and ask embarassing questions but that's about as far as it goes. better to sell out and find a better investment.
