    Relationships - qualities/expectations
    Relationships - Friendships - Colleagues - what qualities do you look for in having any kind of relationship with someone? And what do you expect in return from that relationship?

    Hmm a lot :)

    Relationship:

    1) Effort on both parties to spend quality time together
    2) Want to do different and fun things together
    3) Support when needed
    4) Affection
    5) SPONTAENOUISM :P
    6) Respect
    7) Commitment


    It's a hard one!


    Friendship

    1) I expect quality time spent together and the least back stabbing as possible :P
    2) Respect

    Colleagues
    1) Support
    2) Friendlyness
    3) Don't BE A WINER!

    Ahh loyalty, that cannot be expected it is the FOUNDATION and BUILDING BLOCK and should be abided by without expecting it. I will not ever be cheated on and taken on a trip again!

    Foundation and Building block - you are completely correct! The unfortunate part is sometimes you don't see it initiatially in the game.

    Without loyalty, among other things such as respect, trust, honesty and love (probably more), there is no relationship!

    Honor, respect, honesty, communication and trust.

    And you'd have to throw some lust in there for the relationship part. ;)

    Definitely the lust part! Hehe, a young mind like myself!

    I am hoping personally if the right person comes along why can't there be loyalty? Nothing but change is constant anyway...
