Reconstructing an income statement to reflect proper accounting principles

Hi,

I need a lot of help with my accounting homework. If I don't see an example in the book, then I just don't get it. I have attached the problem, with the given information. I am supposed to reconstruct the income statement with the information given. I know for a fact some of the answers, and they are included on the income statement. It's too big for me to attach on here, and too much to type. Please can someone help me figure this out? Thank you in advance!!!
