migration from quickbooks to netsuite<10billion dollar error in inventory>

The 10billion is sitting in inventory, we dont have the manpower or time to manually tackle it out and move it. Is there a way to set up a dummy account or entry and move the 10billion without affecting balance sheet or trial balance.. till we can get to it?
