Owner's Contribution

I need to know how I should record a vehicle that was bought by the business owner. No money owing Just bought it for the business. I'm kind of stuck because I'm trying to getour info together for our tax refund and I think I may have recorded it wrong. I recorded as follows:

Debit Credit
Vehicle 23448.95
GST PD 1406.94
PST PD 1172.45
Owner's Contribution 26028.34

Now I'm wondering if I did this entry right. help someone I'm really in need of help. My taxes need to be reported right. THANKS SO MUCH
