Hi all,

Would appreciate some help on the following question:

McGregor Ltd issues a $500,000, 12%, 15 year note payable. The terms provided for semi-annual instalment payments of $36,324 on 30 June and 31 Dec.

a - Prepare a payment schedule for the first 4 installments
