Multiple step income statement

I am taking an accounting course and I need some help with preparing a multiple step income statement.

Leroys Auto Parts

Merchandise inventory, Jan 1, 2005 19,000
Merchandise inventory Dec 31, 2005 21,000
Sales 280,000
Advertising 2,200
Depreciation on the store 18,000
Purchase of Merchandise 182,000
Sales Salaries 21,000
Store Utilites 1,200
Depreciation on Administrative office building 4,000
Administrative Salaries 15,000
Administrative office utilities 600
