Journal entry for payroll

Our company paid gross wages of $55,000 and withheld $4208 for FICA and $8300 for FITW (no employees have yet earned $7000 this year). What is the journal entry to record payment of wages and withholding? Do I credit or debit FICA & FITW? Or do I just credit salaries payable $55000?
