if i have trial balance for 3 months January, February and March what can i write after the name of the company

for the month ended march 31, 2010?
or
for the months ended January 31, 2010 - February 29, 2010 - March 31, 2010

which one is correct?

"For the three months ended March 31, 2010" is a popular choice; similarly for any period comprising less than one full year (e.g., "For the nine months ended September 30, 20xx"). Of course, if your report covers 12 months you'd switch to the terminology "For the year ended ..."
