Fica Futa taxes

Fica Futa taxes

Hello I am based in europe, and will be working for a client in Singapore. They have put a clause in my contract indicating that I would be responsible for the payment of all Singapore Fica and Futa taxes. Would this apply to someone not actaully living or working in the country of Singapore?
