establish journal entries and contra accounts

Hi there

I am to register a company on pastel - property - but cannot get started as I am not sure as to which entries are to be posted to the journal. Cash book entries are simply payments or receipts, but I need to post rent, levies, open a bond account - Please Help - I am lost.
