I've got a question on the subject Management Accounting. I'm having some difficulties to slove my question. If u could help me out of this, it would be great... My question is as follow:

the purpose of Management Accounting is to provide information on how is the corporation running, and help gage the performance of employees, to do this, only ratios that lead to better performance should be used. and the better perfortmance should be in tandam with the target of the corporation. if this is not the case, the employees will react according to their own judgement, their high performance maybe not in the direction the management wish.
