Beginning Inventory + Purchases - COGS = Ending Intory.

Sales return: \$980
Sales discount: \$,1960
Begining inventory: \$16,880
Purchases: \$108,380
Purchase discount: \$1,630
Transportation: \$700
________________________________________
Gross profit: \$58,210
Net income: \$17,360
