Cost Accounting

i am given a chart that includes the following: Feb 1, 2006 balance 20,000 ; materials placed into production ? ; direct labor(4,000 HOURS) 120,000; factory overhead applied 96,000; cost of goods manufactured 400,000; feb. 28, 2006 balance 16,000.

i am to find:
1. the predetermined overhead rate
2. the amounts of materials, direct labor, and factory overhead included in Feb 28 work in process
3. the amount of materials placed into production
