Cost Drivers in Construction

What would be the cost drivers for a construction firm with the following activities:

Unit Level Activities:
-Inspection of all installations
-Purchase Orders
-Direct Materials
-Direct Labor
-Transportation
Batch Level Activities:
-Testing of all equipment (tested at the end of the day's production)
Product Level Activities:
-Training
Facility Support Activities:
-Property Taxes
-Warehouse Security (one main warehouse)
-Management Salaries
