Certified Management programme

like to know whehter the CMA professional qualification (certified management accountant) from ICMA australia is recognised internationally & in accounting fraternity?. How relevent it is as compared to other qualifications like CMA (canada) or CIMA (Uk). What is the general opinion about this programme and does this increase employability of a person.
