Cash flow statement

I am a bit confused with this assignment.

I am supposed to list 3 transactions classified as investing activities, financing activities, and significant non-cash financing and investing activities in a statement of cash flows.

investing activities-

cash rec. from sale of plant assets
cash pd for purxhase of plant assets

financing activities-

cash rec. from issuing stocks
cash pd for retire bonds
cash pd. for dividends

[b]noncash financing and investing-[b]

??? Not sure at all what this is.

Am I partially correct with what I have?
