Who is the owner of auditing documents, the accounting firm or the client of the auditing firm??

CaptainForest Finance & Accounting Expert Join Date: Nov 2005 Location: Canada Posts: 3,672	The accounting firm. However, due to confidentiality agreements/code of ethics, the accountants will not just then go out and give that information to anyone.
