Ambulance Service Membership

I live in Alaska and the company I work for sells ambulance service memberships. The membership fee is paid 100% upfront and is non-refundable for one year of ambulance service.

How do I recognize the revenue on this membership? Up front? Over term?

probably shoud recognize upfront fee as income over the term of one year service contract,
